I made this a few years ago and won a couple costume contests with it (PS employers: a "taco party" where you get 2 free tacos is NOT a good prize), and I'm ready to let someone else enjoy this cool costume! The head is papier mache and has mod podge on the inside. The outside is fleece, felt, tulle, and foam tube. The head opening is a bit delicate (makes a cracking sound when grabbed), so you'll need to be careful handling it. You will see thru the mouth, but know that there's limited peripheral vision. There is a pillow at the top of the head on the inside. The pipe is just some foam glued into a donut shape, then covered by felt. The seam is undone on the back to allow easier walking (ie it was once glued but I tripped on it). The pipe is held up by felt straps secured by safety pins. Lastly, there are some crudely cut leaves that I secured to my wrists with rubber bands, then covered with my sleeves. I can throw in the shirt too if you want-i believe selling it's a Hanes medium Obo.
