Vintage Tiffany & Co. Sterling Silver Serving Size Large Fork and Spoon Set in the original 1934 Hampton Pattern. The Hampton Art Deco Style was named by Tiffany after King Henry VIII's Summer Palace, Hampton Court. Dimensions are: Both Fork and Spoon are 8” long; the spoon's shovel is 3” long and 1 3/4” wide, the fork prongs are 3” long and 1 3/8” wide. The weight of the solid Sterling Silver Fork is 3 1/8 ounces, the weight of the solid Sterling Silver Spoon is 3 7/8 ounces. Both serving size utensils are marked “TIFFANY & CO. STERLING m PAT,” which is an old mark from the 1930s. Today the Hampton Pattern is still made by Tiffany, but the mark just says “TIFFANY & CO. STERLING.” These are lightly used about 90 year old antique Tiffany treasures. They have been professionally polished and have kept their 1930's soft, warm original glossy finish. The two pictured circa 1980 Tiffany dust bags come with this set. The Hampton selling design is much sought after, the more vintage the rarer. Rare.
