This is a wonderful example of the 1950s dress hat. Simple sits right on the crown of your head easily with velvet headband. Frames the face so you can see the eyes.

The tulle is superbly gathered around the crown of selling the cap and decorated with 4 rhinestones which add just enough twinkle.
