May George Floyd's memory be a blessing forever.

I designed this symbol of love and unity in honor of my close-knit small group of friends that I've known since my teens and twenties.

Four of us are born in June, and up until the pandemic we had an annual tradition of getting together and camping in our friends big backyard, in Northern California's still beautiful wine country.

We missed getting selling together in 2020, but we're all vaccinated now, and have planned to meet up as usual in June. This sweet stained glass sun catcher is what I came up with for each of our 4 families to celebrate our birthdays this year.

When the verdict and accountability came through on George Floyd's behalf, I had just finished cutting the glass for this piece and thought it fitting to post, and share on social media, and now that it's done, it has a permanent home in my shop as well.
