VTG Cutwork Art Nouveau Style Lady Head Brooch, Mucha Design Lady with Daisy Brooch, 2-1/8" H selling x 1.5" W

An exquisite cutwork Art Nouveau STYLE lady head brooch. She is holding a daisy. The detail is quite exceptional. This brooch came from the estate of an acquaintance who loved and collected fine jewelry. I don't know its age but know it to be vintage.

This brooch is not marked. I tested the outside rim but it was NOT sterling silver. I was able to find a similar brooch using Google Lens that sold on another reputable platform that deals in vintage and antique jewelry. It was listed as being 825 silver. I am not able to confirm this as I selling can't get an accurate read with a testing stone to test the "middle" of the brooch.

The brooch is lovely no matter what it's made from and could definitely pass for sterling silver.

The brooch has a locking C-clasp fastener on the back that's extremely well-made.
