This is a listing of 4 classic off-set lithographs, historically known as "Life in Dogville", which feature a grouping of anthropormorphic gambling canines. Whimsical and humorous, the famous illustrator Cassius Marcellus Coolidge, captured a satirical aspect of the game of poker. Fun to look at.... as well as one can appreciate the wonderful expressions that Coolidge was able to illustrate so accurately.

Between 1894 -1910, the cigar company, Brown & Bigelow enlisted Coolidge's selling talent to produce art for the purpose of advertising their product.

The 1970's saw the resurgence in popularity of "Life in Dogville". Arthur A. Kaplan Company produced these very fine quality lithographs on slightly textured paper using very fine inks. These are vintage lithographs as I purchased them in the late 1970's for the purpose of creating 3D Paper Art or at that time Papier Tole. Each reproduction bears Coolidge's signature.

They are in very good vintage condition as they have been stored flat in my art cupboard.
