This item is a mixed media mosaic featuring a sealed butterfly woodcut and the word "free" woodcuts (also sealed). Assorted glass tile and beads are used for the rest of the mosaic. The grout utilized is a selling sanded medium gray. The back and sides of the item are painted a turquoise color, varnished, and has a picture hook for hanging. This mosaic could also be put on a stand and showcased in that way. Mosaic is front heavy so please use caution if experimenting with a stand. My white business label will be added to the back of the piece but does not appear in the pictures.
***Please note I made a mistake and accidentally put the back hook on the bottom :( So, you can see in the photo the pencil marks and drill holes. However, my business label will cover the entire error so you should not notice it.
Dimensions of the mosaic are approximately 5.75" x 5.25" x 1".
*This is a handmade item - colors may vary slightly from the photos (and depending on what kind of monitor/phone you are viewing them on) and there may be small imperfections in the piece that are indicative of a hand-made piece. The color on this particular mosaic CHANGES! It is quite dark in low lighting, and may need a light over it to highlight the colors properly. PLEASE NOTE THIS if you consider purchasing.
