Selling Makassar Ebony Box

This 5 1/4" x5 1/4 "x3 selling 1/4" box features Makassar Ebony accented by walnut and maple. The Ebony material was imported from Sulawesi Island in Indonesia. Very little Makassar Ebony reaches the United States and is primarily available as a veneer. The strikingly variegated coloring of the ebony top beautifully complements the deep richness of the predominantly walnut frame. The small strip of maple accentuates the ebony.
