This is such a fun book that is a reminder of how much Victorians loved the explore fortune telling, seances, and dream interpreting!

This good condition booklet has 29 pages. There are tears, folds, and discoloration throughout. It is full of things one might dream about along with explanations. For example if the reader dreamt of a bell, they should expect good news. It measures 8" by 5.5".

It was created as an advertisement piece by Doan's Kidney Pills. It was a mild diuretic to the kidneys. According to snippets of history published in company advertisements, in 1832 the formulation of Doan's Pills “was the secret…of an old Quaker lady,” and “was kept a secret for years in a good old Quaker family.
