Original jewelry design from vintage pieces repurpose custom made Claudia Myers Designs copper flower selling Juliana statement necklace

You will always get compliments when you wear this "only one in the world" necklace. Made from vintage pieces and parts, this Claudia Myers Design original combines an Avon mesh chain collar with a gorgeous Juliana Aurora selling Borealis brooch, a delicate hand-made copper and brass flower pin and some rhinestone and gold tone beads from a 1980s bracelet. The copper pin sports a small amethyst stone, which, because of the quality of the workmanship, I believe to be real.

This necklace has incredible balance, so it lays beautifully on your neck, even though it is a definite statement piece in size. The rhinestone brooch measures just shy of 3 inches across, so you can see the scale.

All of my jewelry designs are original, I use antique, vintage to new "ingredients" to make them, but I try to use only broken, unwanted or non-collector items. I hand-wire and cement my pieces together, finishing the backs with stamped filigrees to make them pleasant to wear. Most necklaces and bracelets are somewhat adjustable.
