...this fabulous roomy pack style bag is made from a mid century camp blanket in awesome muted colors and patterning, it truly is one of a kind amazing. The flap closure also holds sides closed, and the strap fits over the shoulder. The patina of the blanket used is remarkable...camp blankets were wool and cotton, but over time some of the wool wears away, leaving the strong cotton weft and waft, and a finished, polished feel. I use two layers, so it is strong, yet not bulky at all. wool is water resistant, stain resistant too, and long wearing. This bag can be washed in warm water. There will be a piece of luggage made to match this bag, convo if interested in them both. The luggage piece is of good size, and together, one could actually weekend or more with them as a pair.
