Surfing Bowl selling

-One-of-a-kind, handmade stoneware bowl, carved to create multi-level curling waves along the lip.
-One of the 'Surfing‘ Series within the "Water" Collection.
-Creamy white interior glaze, black speckled over light blue-violet exterior, embellished with drips of iridescent over lip edge selling and carved shapes.
-Suitable for display on its own or with items such as candies, small fruit or nuts, and/or jewelry.
-Created in a private studio in CT.
-Is NOT microwave or dishwasher safe due to specialty glazes.

Hello there! I am an intermediate/middle school art teacher in CT with a specialty in ceramics. Originally from NJ, I have been in CT for nearly 5 years. My dream of having my own studio was realized during the Covid quarantine and many hours have been spent there to not only pass the time during the shutdown, but also to find my creative 'groove'. I appreciate you taking a look at my work and possibly supporting a local artist. Each piece is completely one-of-a-kind, and while it may have 'sisters' that look similar, it will never be exactly re-created. Therefore, a Taura Pottery piece is just like you...uniquely special!
