+this hospital door hanger is 16 1/2" diameter on 1/4" plywood + attached with wire. the info circles have jute that is tied onto the wire. they can be easily removed.

+NAVY background options: lightly dry brushed with gray to give a distressed look. option 1: first name is in big, WHITE cursive with silver pop paint over the letters. the second name is in small, white uppercase print. option 2: first name is in big, GRAY cursive with white pop paint over the letters. second name in small, white uppercase print. info circle: stained with white lettering.
