You were the coolest hippie back in the day when you had a purse like this! I would say these purses and other completely hand crafted leather pieces were a successful cottage industry back in the 60s and 70s.

It is made from sturdy cowhide and COMPLETELY hand crafted, with hand laced black leather seams and even a leather disc to close. It was also hand stamped and carved with floral designs as you can see in the pics.

This charming boho shoulder bag measures 9 3/4" across, 8 1/2" high and 2 3/4" deep. The strap is 1 1/8" wide with a 34 1/2" selling long strap.
