This tissue box cover has a black enamel finish with a 1 inch wide smooth silver base strip going around the bottom. Two sides have a detailed 3 x 1.25 inch antiqued silver bat on them. The box itself holds an average square box of tissue in it. The substantial metal box cover measures 5 x 5 x 5 inches. ***Please note that this is a used tissue box, so will have some minor nicks and scratches.***
