Selling Rolling Hills Shoulder Bag

The Rolling Hills Shoulder Bag is made with naturally dyed linen and is hand embroidered with naturally dyed crewel wool. the Rolling Hills design is a bit different selling on each side, undulating and intersecting across. It is lined in cotton canvas with an interior pocket for a phone or other bits you want to keep close at hand. Zip closure.

I grow or sustainably forage for the materials I dye with from my region (although I have been sent a box of walnuts from a friend when I couldn't find any in town!) The bottom is waxed canvas made here in the US and the strap is oiled leather attached with brass rivets. The bag is designed as a shoulder bag and tucks neatly under the arm.

Each bag is one of a kind, I design the stitched elements in my studio. A handbag, in particular, is such a personal part of our daily lives, I like the idea of one's bag being unique.
