391 yards / 358 m / 114 grams / 4.0 oz / 2 ply / 14-15 WPI

Skein B:
384 yards / 351 m / 113 grams / 4.0 oz / 2 ply / 14-15 WPI

These skeins are virtually the same in colour and can be used in a single project without having to alternate skeins.

Fingering weight (please swatch, your gauge my differ)

75% BFL (Bluefaced Leicester) wool, 25% Tussah Silk

Hand wash in cold water with wool wash, air dry flat.

This yarn is soft and smooth with a light silky sheen. It is completely skin friendly and would make a lovely scarf, cowl or baby wear.

Pinks, coral, violet, spring green, gold and white, all the colours in your garden. I have included photos of the fibre before it was spun and some in-progress shots so you can see the individual colours more clearly.

Handpun yarn is unique and slightly imperfect, with gentle variations in thickness throughout the length.

The yarn was hand spun by me in my smoke-free, cat-friendly home.

I recommend that you hand wash the precious item you create with this yarn in cool water and selling air dry flat. Even superwash yarns benefit from this gentle treatment.
