Each sugar cookie is hand-cut and hand-decorated so no two cookies will be exactly the same. We try our best to maintain consistency throughout the sets of cookies. We will do our very best to go above and beyond every customer's expectations in regards to the taste & design of the cookies. All sugar cookies are made fresh and we begin working on your cookies once you place your order or once we are available.

----PACKAGING----
Each Sugar Cookie comes individually wrapped in a cellophane bag. This also helps the cookies keep their freshness. Cookies can be kept at room temperature for up to 2 weeks.

Please note that we cannot guarantee that custom themes will look exactly like any pictures you send us.

----SHIPPING----
We ship orders 1 week before they are needed! This may result in you receiving your items earlier than expected but this is to make sure if there are delays from USPS, your items will still be delivered on time. We ship all orders with USPS 1-3 Day Priority Shipping.
Please let us know if you need the items for a certain date and/or event and to also check our availability. We will try our best to ship the items out in a timely manner. Once the items are handed off selling to USPS, we can only give an estimate of when the item will get to you but cannot guarantee a delivery date. We are NOT RESPONSIBLE if your cookies are not delivered on time due to any shipping delays. We have no control over USPS and anything they may face. Please be mindful of the ongoing COVID-19 situation, upcoming holidays, and weather situations. To ensure that you will receive your items on time, please place orders 2 WEEKS - 1 MONTH IN ADVANCE!
Items are very fragile and we do our best to protect them for their travel to you. We apologize in advance if any items were to arrive broken due to shipping conditions.
