If you are located over seas, the shipping can take a bit longer. I know that 4-20 weeks sounds like a long time, however it is worth the wait for a long lasting, customized keepsake ring that you will be able to cherish for a lifetime. Generally it does not take the full 20 weeks, however there have been rare instances that it has taken longer due to US customs not releasing some packages for longer than usual or machinery needing repaired/replaces with the ring band manufacturing.
