60s Floral Draped Neck Pencil selling Dress

This 60s floral print dress is stunning. It has a unique draped neckline that is slightly off the shoulder. The fabric is shantung silk. The dress is fully lined and I suspect it is hand-made as there is no tag to be found. It has a twenty-two-inch metal center-back zipper with a hook and eye closure at the top.
