Baby (3-6mths) - 14” circumference and 6” - height
Baby (6-12mths) - 16” circumference and 7” - height
Toddler/Child - 18” - circumference and 8” - height
Child/Teen/Small Adult - 20” - circumference and 9” - height
Adult Regular - 22” - circumference and 10” - height
Adult Large - 24” - circumference and 10” - height

They should be hand washed in cool water with a mild laundry detergent and laid flat to dry. NO WASHER, NO DRYER and NO BLEACH.
